1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 can Ranch style beans
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Doritos
Grated cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown meat and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Add beans, tomatoes and soup. Mix well. Layer Doritos and meat mixture in baking dish, starting with Doritos and ending with meat mixture. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
