MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 chopped onion (lg.)
2 tbsp. oil
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. can milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. can taco sauce
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 (1/2 lb.) bag Doritos
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Brown hamburger and onion together. Drain off fat. Mix soups, milk, taco sauce and chilies together. Add to hamburger mixture. Place a layer of doritos in bottom of casserole dish. Spoon a layer of meat mixture over doritos. Add a layer of cheese. Repeat. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
