APPLE PORK 
1 1/2 to 2 pork chops or ribs
1/3 c. water
Onion salt
Pepper
4 apples, cut into eighths
1/3 c. syrup
1/4 c. lemon juice
Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. brown sugar
Cornstarch

Slightly brown pork in large skillet (electric skillet works well for this recipe). Add all ingredients except for brown sugar and cornstarch. (Use onion salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce to your taste preference.) Cook in skillet until very nearly done. Add brown sugar and cornstarch as needed to thicken sauce.
