LIMA AND APPLE BAKE 
1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
1 c. coarsely chopped onion
3 unpeeled, red-skinned, cored apples, sliced in eighths
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby lima beans, cooked according to pkg. directions
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/3 c. water

Crumble and brown sausage in heavy frying pan; drain and discard fat. Add onion and apples to sausage; saute until onions and apples soften. Add undrained lima beans and remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until mixture is bubbly. Serve with cornbread.
