APPLE SAUSAGE BAKE 
1/2 lb. link sausages (6-7)
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing, pork flavor
1 med. apple
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Brown sausage in large skillet; drain, reserving drippings. Cut 3 sausages in half; coarsely chop the remainder. In same skillet, prepare stuffing mix as directed, substituting drippings for butter. Peel and core apple; cut half into wedges and chop the remainder. Stir chopped sausage and apple into the stuffing.

Place in lightly greased 1 quart casserole. Arrange sausage halves and apple wedges on stuffing. Combine remaining ingredients; drizzle on sausage and apple pieces. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 4 cups.
