BAKED SAUSAGE & APPLES 
2 lb. sausage meat
6 apples, peeled, sliced thinly & cored

Shape sausage in thin patties. Alternate sausage (layers) and apples in a casserole dish. Have a sausage layer on top. Cover and cook 45 minutes. Remove cover and cook 15 minutes to brown sausage.
