CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD 
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter (melt butter to a liquid)
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 well beaten, eggs
3 cups + 6 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. hot water
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate morsels
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare an 8x10-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray (Pam).

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and beat well. Sift dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture. Add water; mix till well blended. Stir in chocolate morsels, nuts (if using) and vanilla.

Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
