GREEN CHILI RICE 
2 c. uncooked long grain white rice
2 c. sour cream
2 sm. cans green chilies
3/4 lb. Jack cheese, grated
Seasoned salt
1 tsp. chopped chives

Cook rice. Wash and rinse green chilies, removing seeds and chop. Grease 9"x13" pan. Layer ingredients beginning with rice. Spread with sour cream, then a layer of green chilies and a layer of Jack cheese. Sprinkle seasoned salt. Repeat, ending with cheese. Sprinkle with chives. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
