GREEN CHILI RICE 
2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice, cooked as usual
1 can Old El Paso chopped green chilies (4 oz.)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, cut in 1/2" squares
1/2 pt. sour cream

Add green chilies, cheese and sour cream to cooked rice. Top with a few squares of cut cheese and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
