ZUCCHINI PINEAPPLE BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. raisins
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. grated zucchini, drained

Beat eggs until fluffy. Add oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini. Mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add raisins, pineapple and nuts. Blend. Bake in greased and floured loaf pans about 1 hour at 325 degrees.
