LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) box lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 #2 can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
3 tbsp. hot water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 tbsp. granulated sugar

Part 1: Add boiling water to Jello; stir until dissolved and cool slightly. When syrupy, add crushed pineapple and pour into an 8 x 8 inch dish. Place in the refrigerator to set.

Part 2: Put marshmallows in double boiler. Add 3 tablespoons of hot water and let marshmallows dissolve. Cream the cream cheese and mayonnaise and pour on marshmallows.

Part 3: Stir sour cream and 1 tablespoon sugar. Spread on top. Set.
