OATMEAL COOKIES 
To get exact on your fat content simply check the amount of fat in the ingredients per amount added to recipe.

1/2 c. lite (or regular) brown sugar plus 2 tbsp. Fasweet
1 c. applesauce or pineapple sauce
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 egg whites
3 c. quick oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt

Mix sugar and sweetener and applesauce together. Add egg whites and vanilla, beat until smooth. Stir remaining ingredients together and add to beaten mixture. Shape into balls and bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Yields 5 dozen cookies.
