LEMON - GLAZED CHIFFON CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 (4 serving size) reg. pkg. lemon instant pudding
2/3 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
Lemon Glaze (recipe below)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 3/4 inch tube cake pan. Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes at high speed. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake 55 minutes. Prepare Lemon Glaze while cake is baking. Cool cake for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Place cake on a serving plate; prick holes in top of cake with a toothpick. Gradually spoon Lemon Glaze over cake until all the glaze is absorbed.

LEMON GLAZE:

1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar

Place all ingredients in a saucepan over moderate heat (about 250 degrees) until butter is melted and mixture is blended. Cool 30 minutes before spooning over cake.
