1 stick butter
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 can Carnation milk
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and chips (on low flame) in a saucepan. Add other ingredients. Bring to a boil, simmer for 5 minutes.
