MAMIE E.'S FAVORITE FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tall can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. water
Dash of salt
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 bar German chocolate
1 pt. marshmallow creme
2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix sugar, butter, evaporated milk, water and salt in large pan and bring to boil over low heat. Boil approximately 8 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly. In a large pan (I use a 5 quart Dutch oven), mix all the chocolate and marshmallow. Pour the hot mixture over and stir until it is melted and blended thoroughly. Add the chopped nuts and pour into a buttered 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Refrigerate and cut when well coated.
