2 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 can Eagle brand milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. pecans
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. of miniature marshmallows

Melt chips with milk and butter. Then add marshmallows and nuts. Mix well. Pour into a 12 x 10 greased pan to cool.
