PINEAPPLE - COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
2 sm. pkg. lemon gelatin
2 lb. cottage cheese
2 sm. cans crushed pineapple, drained

Make gelatin as directed on package. When it begins to congeal, whip until foamy. Add cottage cheese and pineapple. Put in mold or pan and chill until set in refrigerator.
