PINEAPPLE CRISS-CROSS | |
2 cans pineapple pie filling 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 3 tbsp. sour cream 3 1/4 c. sifted flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. sugar Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream and mix well. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Spread or pat 3/4 of dough on greased cookie sheet over bottom and sides. Place pineapple filling on the dough. Roll remaining dough on floured surface. Cut into strips and criss-cross over top of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
