HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter

Place cocoa, butter and water in saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate is dissolved. Stir in corn syrup and salt. Continue cooking over low heat for 10 minutes until thick and shiny. Remove from heat. Add vanilla.

Great on ice cream or over unfrosted chocolate cake.
