HEAVENLY HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter
3 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can (1 2/3 c.) canned milk

Melt butter and chocolate in saucepan. Remove from heat. Add sugar very gradually until there is no white sugar visible. Add the milk gradually. Return to heat, but do not boil. Pour into a quart jar and refrigerate. Warm each time before serving on ice cream. Delicious!
