HOT FUDGE SAUCE FOR ICE CREAM 
Melt 1/4 cup butter and 2 squares unsweetened chocolate. Remove from heat stir in 3/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa (unsweetened). Blend in 1/2 cup evaporated milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla return to low heat and cook 3 to 4 minutes. Serve warm over ice cream.
