MICROWAVE FRUIT JELLY
6 oz. can frozen apple, grape, pineapple or tangerine concentrate
2 c. water
1 3/4 oz. box powdered pectin
3 1/2 c. sugar

In 3 quart casserole combine juice and water. Stir in pectin until dissolved. Microwave on high for 7-14 minutes or until boiling. Stir every 3 minutes. Boil 1 minute. Gradually stir in sugar until blended. Microwave 5-7 minutes until it returns to boil. Stir every 2 minutes. Boil 1 minute. Skim off foam. Pour into hot 1/2 pint jars. Cover with hot lids. Invert jar and quickly turn upright. Store in cool dark place for 6 months or less.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
