CHICKEN WITH BACON IN CREAM
SAUCE
 
4 boned, split chicken breasts
8 to 16 bacon strips
5 oz. (or 1/4 lb.) chipped beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream

Layer in 9x13 inch baking dish in this order: chipped beef, chicken breasts, bacon. Mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup. Pour over top. Bake covered at 275 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over rice.
