STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
3/4 c. butter, melted
2 1/2 c. coarsely crushed pretzels
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sugar
6 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip topping

Mix the melted butter with brown sugar and pretzels. Press down on the bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Let cool. Stir in the strawberries and place in refrigerate until it starts to gel, about 15 minutes. Beat cream and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip topping. Spread cheese mixture on cooked crust. Spread strawberries mixture on top. Let set in refrigerator.
