3 tbsp. shortening
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg yolk
4 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
5 tbsp. water
3 c. confectioners' sugar

Blend in mixer first 5 ingredients. Gradually add confectioners' sugar. Frosts 9 x 13 inch cake.
