PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 c. raw rice
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup

In mixing bowl, combine ground beef in all ingredients except tomato soup. Shape into 24 (1 1/2 inch diameter) meatballs, then place in slow cooker and pour tomato soup over meatballs. Cover and cook slow at setting #3 for 7 to 8 hours or setting #4 for 4 to 5 hours. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
