BROCCOLI CASSEROLE SUPREME 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 oz. jar sliced pimentos
3/4 c. sour cream
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Combine all ingredients except cheese; mix well and place in large, oiled casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
