EASY SKILLET CABBAGE WITH A TWIST | |
2 tablespoons butter 1/2 head of green cabbage (roughly chopped) 1/2 medium sized yellow onion (diced) 1 1/2 teaspoons Adobo Seasoning 2 capfuls apple cider vinegar 1 capful white vinegar 1 teaspoon teaspoon sugar In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add onions until they are translucent. Add chopped cabbage, adobo seasoning, vinegar and sugar. Mix well. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Serve warm. This recipe is a little bit sweet and a little bit sour, absolutely delicious if you're a cabbage lover like me. :) You can also use Seasoned Salt instead of the Adobo, but I like it because it gives it more of a kick than the seasoned salt. This is a quick and easy side dish that takes very little effort and is done in no time. Feel free to add any spices you like and experiment a little bit like I did! Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy it! Submitted by: Kat Sadik |
