BAR-B-QUE CHICKEN (LOWFAT) 
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts (8)
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. ketchup
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove minced garlic (or more)
A dash of Tabasco sauce

Place chicken in a large bowl. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over chicken to marinate. Marinate chicken for 1 hour.

Remove chicken and place in a large shallow baking dish. Pour marinate over chicken. Cover tightly with foil.

Bake at 300 degrees for about 2 hours.

This chicken can also be grilled or broiled, about 10 minutes per side or until done. Reserve marinade, heat and spoon over chicken before serving.
