MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
CAKE:

1 yellow cake mix (without pudding in it)
1 can mandarin oranges with juice (11 oz.)
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 med. can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix altogether with electric mixer, oranges will be totally beat up. Bake at 350 degrees in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cake cool completely before frosting.

FROSTING:

Fold together until blended, do not use electric mixer. This cake must be refrigerated and stays good for several days.
