CONCESSION CHILI 
10 lbs. ground chuck
1 1/2 lbs. chopped onions
20 lbs. Brooks chili hot beans
5 lg. cans tomato sauce
Chili powder
Salt
Pepper

Brown meat and onions; drain. Mix in beans, sauce and spices. Simmer about 2 hours. Careful to cook on low so it doesn't stick.
