2 med. potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
butter

Wash and cut potatoes into eight equal pieces. Rub with butter. Place on shallow cooking sheet. Mix spices and sprinkle potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until browned. Serves 2.
