POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen Ore-Ida hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Slightly thaw potatoes and combine with 1/2 cup of melted butter, seasoning, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese. Blend thoroughly. Pour into 9 x 13 inch casserole dish and top with cornflakes mixed with 1/4 cup butter. Bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
