SUPER SPUD CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. frozen Ore-Ida hash brown potatoes
1 sm. onion, chopped
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms

Mix ingredients. Put in 3-quart casserole. Top with Italian bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
