SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 lg. jar Cheez Whiz
1 can green peas, drained
1 can corn, drained
Instant mashed potatoes, 6 to 8 servings
Grated cheddar cheese

Fry ground beef and onion; drain fat. In a 9"x13" pan, combine peas and corn, salt and pepper to taste. Then add ground beef mixture. Mix together with vegetables. Melt Cheez Whiz and pour over meat and vegetables. Then fix instant mashed potatoes (6 to 8 servings), according to directions on box. Then smooth mashed potatoes on top of dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.

This dish is quick and easy. It tastes great and it's a whole meal in one dish.
