DIVINE CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, melted

FILLING:

1 lg. lemon
24 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar plus 2 tbsp.
1/4 tsp. salt
5 eggs
1 1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon rind

Mix together crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and butter; pat on bottom of 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Cream together 1 cup sugar and cream cheese. Add juice from lemon, salt, and eggs. Blend. Add rind from lemon. Beat for 10 minutes at medium speed. Pour into cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven for 20 minutes. Beat sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, and vanilla. Pour over cake and bake for 10 minutes more.
