PEPPERONI ROLLS | |
Mix 1 cup warm water, 4 teaspoons sugar, 4 envelopes of dry yeast. Stir. Warm 4 cups milk, melt 1/2 cup butter, 8 teaspoons salt, 6 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons sugar. Then add 4 cups cold water. Flour. Let rise. Roll out. Spread butter evenly over bread. Cut into 4 x 4 squares. Put pepperoni on squares. Roll up. Butter outside of roll. Let rise. Bake 350 for 20 minutes. |
