HOMEMADE PEPPERONI ROLLS 
2 c. warm milk
1/2 c. Crisco
2 pkgs. dry yeast (quick rise is faster)
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar (how sweet you want)
2 eggs
1 tbsp. salt
Add flour enough to make dough

Combine all ingredients and let rise. Knead back down, make into rolls (at this time if making pepperoni rolls, add 4 to 5 slices of pepperoni). Let stand, double again, butter tops of rolls. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Great rolls to eat by omitting the pepperoni.
