MARION'S CHILI SAUCE 
8 qts. tomatoes
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. sweet peppers, green and red
1 hot pepper
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. paprika for color
3 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed
3 tbsp. mixed spices
2 1/2 c. vinegar

Mix together in a large pan. Boil down until quite thick, about 4 or 5 hours. If you like real hot, add 2 more hot peppers. Pour into pint jars and seal tightly.
