CINCINNATI CHILI 
1 qt. water
2 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 lg. bay leaf
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 whole allspice
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 sq. semi-sweet chocolate

Put water in large pot. Add beef (don't bother to brown). Bring to boil - keep adding other ingredients. Cook about 2 hours or more. Serve over spaghetti. Top with grated cheddar cheese (3 way) or add onion (4 way) and kidney beans (5 way). Serve with oyster crackers.
