CINCINNATI CHILI 
1 qt. water
2 lbs. hamburger
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 bay leaves
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tsp. A-1 sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
2 tsp. allspice
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. chili powder

Combine all ingredients. Simmer 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaf. Skim off fat. Serve over spaghetti.
