CINCINNATI CHILI 
1 qt. water
2 lbs. lean hamburger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 lg. chopped onions
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar
3 lg. bay leaves

Crumble raw (do not brown) hamburger into water. Add all ingredients. Bring to boil, then simmer 3 hours. Remove bay leaves. Makes 10-12 servings.
