ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. cottage cheese
3 eggs
1/8 lb. Velveeta (cut in sm. pieces)
1/3 lb. sharp cheese (cut in sm. pieces)
2 1/2 - 3 c. coarsely grated unpeeled zucchini
3 tbsp. flour

Stir all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. Then add zucchini. Stir well. Pour into a well greased casserole. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. An excellent meatless meal served with a tossed salad.
