TURKEY ALMONDINE FILLING 
2 c. diced cooked turkey
1/2 c. diagonally sliced celery
1/4 c. minced green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. thinly sliced almonds
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Cover and refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend. When ready to serve, place a lettuce leaf in the pocket and then stuff with filling. Serve 6.

NOTE: This filling may also be served heated. Reserve almonds for garnish
