HOT PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained & save juice
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 sections Escort crackers, crushed

Combine pineapple and cheese, pour in casserole dish (sprayed with Pam); then mix flour, sugar, juice and 1/2 butter together. Stir flour mixture with pineapple and cheese. Sprinkle crushed crackers over pineapple. Drizzle remaining butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (Can do ahead, but wait on adding crackers.)
