CHEDDAR BEEF PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. corn flake crumbs
3 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. sliced celery
2 tbsp. butter, divided
1 1/2 c. shredded, sharp Cheddar
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained

Combine meat, egg, onion, 3/4 cup corn flakes, barbecue sauce, and seasonings; mix lightly. Press meat mixture in bottom of 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove and drain grease. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Saute celery in 1 tablespoon butter, then add to cheese and mushrooms. Toss lightly. Spoon into hot meat shell. Melt remaining tablespoon of butter and combine with remaining 1/4 cup corn flake crumbs; sprinkle over cheese mixture. Bake again for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Yield: 6 servings.
