CHEDDAR HAMBURGER PIE 
2 c. flour
2 c. mashed potato flakes
3/4 c. soft butter
3/4 c. milk
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. mustard (prepared)
1 (11 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. potato flakes

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In bowl, combine flour and flakes. Cut in butter with fork and stir in milk. Dough will be stiff. Press with palm of hand, half the dough into a ten-inch circle on a pizza pan (ungreased). Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in ketchup, mustard, cheddar cheese soup, onion, salt and pepper. Spread on dough to within 1/4 inch of edge.

On wax paper, press remaining dough into an 11-inch circle. Place on top of filling, seal edges and brush with milk. Sprinkle with mixture of melted butter and potato flakes, LOWER OVEN TEMPERATURE TO 350 DEGREES. Bake for 25 minutes until topping mixture is golden brown. Serves 8.
