CHEDDAR BEEF PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/3 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
2 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Combine meat, onion, corn flake crumbs, barbecue sauce and seasonings. Mix lightly. Press meat mixture into bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Drain. Reduce heat to 350 degrees.

Saute 1/2 cup celery slices in 1 tablespoon butter. Combine 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and 1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms with sauteed celery. Toss lightly. Spoon mixture into the hot meat shell. Melt 1 tablespoon butter and toss with 1/4 cup corn flake crumbs. Sprinkle with cheese mixture. Return to oven, continue baking 10 minutes.
