JUMBOLIA 
6 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. half & half
1 can chicken broth
About 1/2 turkey breast, baked

Heat the above ingredients, stirring regularly. Do not over cook as the gravy will become too thin. Make a batch of rice, enough to serve your crowd.

MICROWAVE RICE:

2 c. rice
1 1/2 c. water

Cover. Cook 5 minutes on high, 10 minutes on medium. Add salt and butter to taste.

To serve: Start with chow mein noodles, add the rice and top with the gravy mixture. Have the following condiments available to suit everyone's taste buds. Be sure to top with a maraschino cherry. Chopped onion, chopped green pepper, chopped celery, chopped tomatoes, drained crushed pineapple, shredded cheese, flaked coconut, sliced mushrooms, cashews.

Great crowd pleaser, served cafeteria style.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
