ORANGE CAKE
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter (1 cube & 1/2 cube)
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. walnuts

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
The rest of orange juice

Take orange juice out of freezer at least 4 hours before using. Use 1/2 cup for cake.

Take butter out of freezer at least 6 hours.

Use a big bowl. Sift flour, soda and salt together. Mix with 1/2 cup of orange juice from frozen can, 1 cup sugar, butter, milk and eggs. Mix all ingredients. Then beat in mixer or with a spoon for 3 minutes.

In a pan 13 x 9 inches, first cover with oil or butter. Then pour in all ingredients (the batter) and put in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. While cake is baking, mix together 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

Take out the cake and gently pour over the top of cake the remainder of the orange juice. Make sure that every part of the cake has juice on it. Next sprinkle the sugar, walnuts, and cinnamon mixture evenly over the cake.
